What's New?! - 08/27/09

Yo - yo - yo, family!  I was singing vocals and arranging parts on a new song called, "Hallelujah Thank You" today.  I think you'll like it a lot.  After I "demoed it," (made a scratch recording to get the idea down), I listened to it over and over and cried for about 12 hours straight. (obviously it touches me in a deep emotional place, which is good!)

My brand new website will be launching in just a few weeks!  My friends Brad and Manny are helping me rebuild my site from scratch, making it super-easy to navigate.  I can finally have all the "fun stuff" that I've been wishing for since we started this ministry in 2003.

 

New features of the website will include: lots of music and video clips, "Rob's 'thot' of the week," (audio and video clips), the "Children's Worship Leader tip of the week," (video), and some fun photos and promo videos.  You'll get to know "the real Biagis" better than ever!

 

It will also be easier than ever to get booking information, to download promotional flyers and posters, and Rob's music sheets and PowerPoint-type slides will be available soon.

 

I am looking to book LOTS of concerts for myself to perform this Fall, Winter, and Spring (and even Summer 2010), but I'll also be talking about "The V.I.P. Kids" (the college kids performing group that does my songs and motions for church events like yours! [I can only be in 1 place at 1 time!])

 

We also just hired a wonderful assistant for me named Alix.  She is already making an impact talking to all of you and streamlining our processes around the office.  Welcome Alix!

 

MINISTRY NEWS:

I am been spending LOTS of late nights in my recording studio working on new songs!  If we are coming to do a show for you soon (check my updated concert schedule), you will get to learn some new songs and motions!  They have been a hit with our audiences so far, and I'm excited to have new stuff!  I'm becoming somewhat of a recording engineer! ha ha.  Also - HIS KIDS RADIO (www.hiskids.net) has been sent a pre-release copy of a new song called "Welcome You."

 

It's a busy and fun time, and we love and appreciate all of you for your prayers and support in every way.  We cannot thank each of you individually the way we'd like, but we are reminded of you and we pray for you as often as we can.  We love you, family!

 

BIAGI FAMILY UPDATE:

I (Rob) am feeling strong, and grateful.  My Leukemia is stabilized (and I'm just saying it's in remission - why not?)  Just another bone marrow test coming soon to find out...

 

Kathleen (wife, mommy, choreographer) is doing really well and having a fun summer.  It's tough for her to have a "normal summer" because that is our ministry's busy time.   She's having fun making up motions to the new songs!

 

Matt (now age 18 - yikes!) is refereeing ice hockey AND playing twice a week, too. (he actually gets ME [Dad/Rob] out there on the ice with him.  I'm not 22 anymore!)

 

Juli (age 11) is her usual fun-loving self.  She finished up a 3-week theater camp, and is having fun around our community pools and being a great big sister to Natalie.

 

Natalie (age 4) is doing very well with her Leukemia treatments, and her hair is becoming "ever-more impressive."  She has long, loose curls.  Sometimes people ask us if we curl it! Nat's Leuko-site - www.nataliebiagi.com (that was a bad pun, sorry :o) - you know, "Leukocyte"?
